Fun this weekend 3/17/2007

It was such a nice day out on Saturday, I took advantage of the weather and did some work out in the yard. Here are some photos of the weekends progress.

Need Riding Gear 3/15/2007

Today's ride to work was very nice, on this brisk morning. However I discovered why I shouldn't wear regular blue jeans.

So this weekend I will have to invest in some riding pants.

To improve the comfort of my ride I invested in, what I call a "BAS" or a big ass seat. I also lowered my seat by about 2 inches, and those two changes made my ride this morning so much more comfortable.

Bike to work today 3/14/2007

Today I began riding a bicycle to work, I hope to keep up this habit. It was pretty cold outside this morning so I had on about 4 layers. By the time I got to work 15 minutes later, I couldn't get the extra layers off fast enough.
I am so out of shape, well I guess I am a shape... round.

I haven't decided yet if I'm going to continue going to the gym along with the riding. I will probobly do both once I get a little more used to the idea of riding to work every morning.
